RESULT TEXT with right answer "Green tick" and wrong answer "Red X" icons in WTR

Ability to change the result text from percentage % icons to "green tick" for a right answer and "red X" for a wrong answer. Having this added as an option in the result text opens more doors and games to make different video games for us to post on tiktok and youtube.
