Hey I bought the starter subscription then realised I could only export short videos so I upgraded my plan could I get a refund for the starter subscription and or some form of compensation cause I paid $50aud for something that’s just been discarded I only used like 400 credits of the starter subscription

I subscribed the V sub starter subscription last month and they automatically subscribed me for another month. I am requesting here to refund my money
