Option to remove Numbering for Quiz Comments

If you add comments to the quiz, numbering will be added as well. For example, the first one is comment and the second one is question. #1 will be assigned to the comment and #2 will be assigned to the question. Can you consider having the option to remove the numbering for comments? Thanks.
