Credits Used After Errors

I have just noticed that one of my quiz videos was getting errors during video creation process. It has automatically retried and used up almost all of my credits!! WTF?! If the error is on your side then why should we have to use extra credits and why does it automatically keep trying. I am now unable to make more quizzes without paying for extra credits. Not very happy
