Credits issue

Hello, I hope you are doing well !

I have just subscribed to the vsub, and generated 4 videos (shorts) so far.

While the 4th video was being generated, it gave me an error. Now, what happened was, the credits were already charged but my video was not generated, due to the “error”. Please understand that the “error” was from my side. I had to generate the video again, which has cost me more credits.

Kindly, do something about the credits which were deducted without generating the video due to error. Because, even though the quality of your product is great, the credit charges are pretty costly, and if it will keep deducting without reimbursement due to “errors”, it will going to get out of the budget for small creators like myself.

I would love to be able to use vsub, but this issue is troubling me.

I hope you will consider this matter and resolve this as soon as possible.
